Rusting away in field somewhere in Lancashire, North West England, this abandoned bus cuts a sorry sight on the landscape.
May 12th, 2007: Final Day of Abbey Park Road Bus Depot, Leicester
On this day, buses ran out of Abbey Park Road depot, for service, for the last time. At the end of service, they ran back to the new, somewhat lame, depot at Abbey Lane. Volvo B7TL 32072 was officially the last bus driven out of the depot to make that day's service. It was driven by Mr Paul Spratt, who at the time was the company's longest serving member of staff. Leicester PD3 Destroyed
