You will need: - exante Gingerbread Shake - 1 egg - 1 Lo-Dough base, breadcrumbed - 1 tsp Baking Powder - 10g Dried Mixed Fruit - Zest & juice of 1/2 orange - 1x tsp Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum . Mix together the Shake packet with the breadcrumbs, cinnamon, baking powder and xanthan gum. Add the egg, orange juice, zest & fruit. & mix Pour into a microwavable pot. Microwave for 45 seconds.
