An adjective

As I started to teach adjectives in my classroom, I felt like my students needed a visual to remind them of what an adjective is. This page not only does this, but also gives them examples of what an adjective could be. In our district, we have a poster machine where we can blow these up into posters.

It's actually a verb. Seeing as how an adjective describes a noun. you do realize "hurt" describes "you," right? The verb is to be, the adjective is hurt.

This is my take on vocab pockets. I put a variety of high level adjectives for common words such as happy or sad into jewellery bags and hung them onto hooks  to encourage children to use them to expand their vocabulary. Jeweller bags were £2 from eBay, bargain!!!

If Disney Movies Were Retitled To Random Adjectives Like “Frozen” And “Tangled”…this made me laugh! << I have nothing against the new titles, but I gotta admit these random adjectives are rather ridiculous
