Texas Cheese Fries. Made 1-14-14 for Paul. Made my own oven fries and put jalapeños on it to like Chilis does. Made again 1-23-14 with peppers, purple onions, green onions, bacon jalapeños, and cheese. Huge hit with Paul.

Texas Cheese fries Made my own oven fries and put jalapeños on it to like Chilis does. Made again with peppers, purple onions, green onions, bacon jalapeños, and cheese.

Spread fries evenly on baking sheet, season with salt, and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Cook garlic, add chicken, then parsley, and season with salt & pepper to taste. In a skillet, lay down fries, followed by 1/2 cup mozzarella, ranch dressing, the cooked chicken, the other 1/2 cup mozzarella, bacon, and green onion.Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
