Season inside of turkey with salt & pepper. Melt 1/2 c butter with sage & Worcestershire. Baste turkey & sprinkle with S&P. Roast @ 425 30 minutes. Reduce to 325°F, basting every 30 minutes until 165°F @ thigh nearest to thigh-hip joint. rest 20 minutes before carving. JUICY TURKEY TIPS 1.Brine your turkey. 2. Baste it with flavored butter. 3.
