One of the things I needed to make was a Behavior Think Sheet for when students got to "Think About It" on the clip chart. I finally made the think sheet, so I have a freebie for you.

This weekly chart would probably work best for elementary but could be modified for a middle school student who is on a behavior contract. This would provide regular feedback and parent involvement.

Corey Moore - February 2017 - It is very important for students to be able to reflect on their educational experience. This is an easy personal self evalution sheet for students. I would definitely use this in my classroom.

Think about your behavior sheets. At my work we do a thing where the children have to write a letter to their parents/caregiver to give to them when the pick them up. This would be a good template.

Instead of just "punishing" students, they need to understand what rule they broke and why they did it. They need to understand what they did was wrong. This worksheet might help the teacher and the parents have insight of the student's actions.

Behavior Think Sheet. I used something similar to this with some of my students who needed time away from the situation to settle down before discussing the problem with me.
