The idea is that they earn 5 star cards (shooting star) to choose a prize from the prize box- existing reward system; 10 stars (great work) to achieve a commendation; time in at break time (I can do better) talking/lines if necessary; Parent contact (Make better choices).  This utilises the schools current system…

At the beginning of every lesson, students begin on the 'Ready to learn' level. Throughout the lesson, students move to different levels when they demonstrate good/bad behaviour.
