smoked salmon tartare with capers, onions & lemon -- seems very similar to the one we had on Norwegian Cruise Line's Liberty restaurant last month as a course.happily using up the smoked salmon this last week in our home!
Made this weekend.guests loved it. Raved about it! Only change is I made my own cocktail sauce with ketchup and horse radish, little shake of Worcestershire. I used lots of avocado and lots of shrimp.loaded it up. Not much jalapeno.
