Hair chalking: Audrey loves it! Works great on her light hair and washes right out. Brighter and lighter colors show up good on dark hair. From a 5 year old girl it comes HIGHLY recommended!

love this idea :) going to get some chalk today!! If you haven't heard of hair chalking, here's the deal: you wet your strands, furiously rub chalk all over them and then heat style to lock in the color. It's down and dirty and probably doesn't smell awesome but it looks pretty cool. And you can wash it out on Sunday night before returning to work which is, well, sensible.
