Cast Iron Skillet Garlic & Brown Sugar Pork Chops. They were good. But cooking them on med high heat was to hot. I even turned down the heat and still the brown sugar burned some what. So the total time for pan frying was around 6 minutes. And oven time was around 8 minutes. If I make this again I will season with salt and pepper before adding the spice blend. Plus watching the heat while cooking.
