'Seers' is the Woodbury resident's first novel. And Bowe, who just held a book-launch party at the Woodbury Station Cafe a few weeks ago, is thrilled to be able to share her first work with pre-teens and teens. A seventh-grade English teacher in town (Bowe is starting at Gateway High School this September teaching 9th- and 10th-graders English) she said the plot of 'Seers' came to her one day while she was down in the basement doing laundry.
