I had heard stories of people waiting up to five hours at Tim Ho Wan, the tiny dim sum restaurant in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. It gained its reputation after receiving the Michelin Star stamp of approval, and now holds the title as having the best dim sum in Hong Kong.
