From The Shred Diet by Dr. Ian Smith  Invigorating Apple-Peach Smoothie 1 1/2 cups green apples, chopped 3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced 1 teaspoon lime juice 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup of ice  Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
