It gives students specific behaviors they are working toward with pictures. The is easily understood, but I would possibly modifying with smiley faces for my preschool ELL students as they don't all recognize numerals.

like the punch card not the treasure box. perhaps once it's punched out they earn "constructive free time choice" Behavior punch card, for every good thing they do you punch a number out. When all twenty are punched out they go to the treasure box.
I like my whole group clip chart, but I wonder if this would help a kid who is really struggling with behavior, to have his/her own. Or maybe a black and white copy of it that they can color in where they are at. It could have four copies of the chart too
