One Pot Caribbean Jerk Chicken & Rice – A flavor explosion in a pot! Jerk Chicken thighs baked to Crispy perfection on a bed of fragrant rice and beans. Cut rice and broth in half. Great flavors, but too much rice to chicken. Will definitely make again.
