Every two jumping jacks = 1 calorie burnt.  3. 7000 jumping jacks = 1 pound gone.  4. 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks for 1 week will burn one pound.  So on top of your current diet and exercise regime, you can add on 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks. Let's try this, because a pound lighter is a pound lighter.""

Someone needs a fact checker. This math is so wrong. 1000 jumping jacks is only 500 calories burnt. That's only the calories of one pound of fat, 3500 calories. To burn 1 pound do 7000 jumping jacks. That sounds a bit more reasonable, eh?
