Butter Pecan Homemade Ice Cream Oh my goodness. This was so delicious. We had a few small issues getting the syrup hot enough and accidently overbeating the cream, but it turned out delicious. I made it in my kitchenaid ice cream attachment. The only change I would make is to reduce the amount of pecans. I love pecans, but I think it could have used just half a cup. Literally the best ice cream I have ever tasted. - HS
