Live Aid was a dual-venue concert that was held on 13 July 1985. The event was organized by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise funds for relief of the ongoing Ethiopian famine. Billed as the "global jukebox", the event was held simultaneously in Wembley Stadium in London, England (attended by 72,000 people) and John F. Kennedy Stadium in Philadelphia, PA (attended by about 100,000 people).

Legendary! Queen live in 1985 at Live Aid in London... there will never be another Freddie Mercury!

Queen - Radio GaGa - Live Aid : Wembley London 1985 Agreat song by a great group and a great front Man.

Queen had a pretty tough task when they took the stage at Live Aid in July of 1985. Given 20 minutes, they did everything possible to cram a full concert into it. They opened with an abbreviated "Bohemian Rhapsody" that went right into "Radio Ga Ga." They played two more songs before the finale of "We Will Rock You" into "We Are the Champions." Many bands were swallowed up by the enormous Wembley stage, but Mercury worked it like an absolute pro.
