Bypass Junk Food: No longer will I...or can I reward myself with a huge amount of food (like a greasy burger) after a great hard workout. I've developed the mindset that I've worked too hard to self sabotage.

I will NOT feel deprived when I bypass junk food. I will feel empowered that I made the healthy choice. What do you define as junk food? Stick with the definition and feel STRONGER when you say "no!
