Oatbran Crackers: Super good!!! 1/4 C. Boiling Water, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. Oat Bran, salt to taste. Pour boiling water over butter and oat bran. Add salt and mix well. Shape dough into 2 balls and press into 2 round flat crackers. Polk holes in crackers with fork tines. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees for 20-30 min or until light brown. Cool and cut into pieces. Yields 8 crackers.
