Here's Meinhardt Raabe (born September 2, 1915, in Jefferson County, WI) who played the Coroner of Munchkin Land, dressed as the Oscar Mayer character "Little Oscar" receiving the key to the city of Wisconsin Dells standing in front of a Wienermobile in 1955!
