NOMAD DOSA: "We serve Indian dosas & more. The majority of what we serve is food allergy and vegan friendly. All prepared menu items are wheat-free, gluten-free, and soy-free. We never use nor prepare foods that have any artificial food additives, guar or xanthan gums, refined flours and sugars. And we only utilize heart-healthy olive and coconut oils in our cooking. When we grind the soaked rice and lentils to create our dosa batter, we allow the batter to ferment for several hours."
