Machine one arm row. A compound exercise. Target muscle: None. Multiple muscles act in synergy. Synergistic muscles: Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major, Rhomboids, Middle and Lower Trapezii, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor, Posterior Deltoid, Sternal (Lower) Pectoralis Major, Brachialis, and Brachioradialis.
