In a small pan, whisk the coconut oil & maple syrup over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat & whisk in the vanilla extract. Pour over the oat mixture until well coated. Spread onto prepared baking sheet & bake for 25-30 minutes at 325F. Let granola cool. Add in Annie's Organic Berry Bunnies Cereal & freeze dried berries.
