1 c lt brn sugar, packed, 1 c sugar, 1/4 c maple syrup, 1/4 c unsalted butter, 1/2 c solid-pack pumpkin, 1/2 c heavy cream, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 tsp salt,1 c walnuts, toasted/chopped. In a pot, combine sugars, maple syrup, butter, pumpkin, cream, pumpkin pie spice, salt over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted, bring to a simmer & cook 10 to 12 min. or until temp. is 238 F on candy thermometer. Stir in nuts, pour into lined & greased 8x8 pan. Let set 1 hr, then refrigerate 1 hr
