5 Delicious Banana Pancakes You Won't Believe Are Healthy
In a small bowl, whisk two eggs. Pour almond flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and eggs into a mixing bowl. Add almond milk (or water) and stir (or whisk) all together. Scoop 1/8 of the batter onto skillet and leave enough space in between pancakes to flip them. Cook 2 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook for 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from skillet and top with your choice of maple syrup, honey, cinnamon, coconut, berries, etc.
