no milk pancakes... I was craving pancakes but didn't have any milk. I used this recipe with the following adjustments. Substituted the 1c flour for 1/2 cup whole wheat flower and 1/2 cup unbleached white. After mixing, it was still a tiny bit runny so I added in a little more wheat flour (didn't measure). I also added chocolate chips and left off the syrup. Mmm!!
