tigers milk – its a cocktail and its a restaurant

I know, I know. I said that I try to eat local when I'm on the road. But when I'm in Cincinnati or Dallas and the opportunity comes my way, there is no way I will pass up a trip to Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Featuring a French Quarter flair, this chain of restaurants offers some of the best seafood you will ever have. Don't pass up the gator, tastes just like chicken ;-) only way, way better.

Pappadeaux Cedar Plank Atalantic Salmon - This was the best Salmon I have ever had in my life! I want to try the Costa Rican Mahi Alexander Dish. REMEMBER to look at the specific locations menu online as they differ by location.

Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon topped with garlic herb butter & broiled on a smokey cedar plank with asparagus.

Shrimp and Grits from Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen - they have locations throughout Texas - the dish has grilled shrimp, sautéed spinach, creamy cheese grits with andouille and sweet corn in a spicy Creole butter

Pappasito's Cantina - Tried! Drinks: skinny margarita (ok, but pappadeaux makes a better one) and Jalisco tea - love this one! Apps: seviche trio (they use too much oil, not a fan) and crab claws (these were good but not pre-cracked at all) Main course: the everything fajita with a side of homemade tortillas. Pretty decent Overall: busy, festive, good service, impossible parking

One of my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Houston, Texas - it must be "Pappasito's Cantina"
