Pappasito's Cantina - Tried! Drinks: skinny margarita (ok, but pappadeaux makes a better one) and Jalisco tea - love this one! Apps: seviche trio (they use too much oil, not a fan) and crab claws (these were good but not pre-cracked at all) Main course: the everything fajita with a side of homemade tortillas. Pretty decent Overall: busy, festive, good service, impossible parking
Pappadeaux - Tried! Drinks: the grand hennessey and skinny margarita (both delish!) App: oysters (prob some of the best I've ever tried) Main course: filet and lobster - cooked perfectly, and seafood kebabs (shrimp, salmon, scallops, peppers, onions, and shrooms) with a side of dirty rice. Overall: love this place! Finding parking is a project though..
Shrimp and Grits from Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen - they have locations throughout Texas - the dish has grilled shrimp, sautéed spinach, creamy cheese grits with andouille and sweet corn in a spicy Creole butter
