It's a British thing!  Cheese and Pineapple Hedgehogs (or Porcupines).  A cabbage cut in half, wrap in tin foil, add cheese and pineapple chunks on cocktail sticks for spines, olives for eyes and nose.    You can also use a potato for the body.  I used a mild cheese for one and a hot Mexican cheese for the other, fun for parties! Cheese and Pineapple go well together.
