Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie. INGREDIENTS: 1 HMR 120 Chocolate Shake, 1 tbsp. #PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, 8 oz. water 8 ice cubes. DIRECTIONS: 1. Add water to blender 2. Blend in shake mix and PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 3. Blend in ice cubes 1 at a time to desired thickness 4. Enjoy!
Sweet Potato PB Protein Cookies: 1 sweet potato, cooled & soft after roasting 1 egg 1/4 cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter) 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder 2 TB Natural Peanut Butter Process in the food processor. Then spoon cookies out into prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 for around 12 minutes. Perfect for a quick sweet tooth fix.
