Fun, Fit and Fabulous!: Chia Power Balls 3/4 cups whole oats (uncooked) 3 tbsp. chia seeds 1/2 cup raisins 7 pitted Majool Dates 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup peanut butter  Chop oats in food processor first Add dates and pulse  Add remaining ingredients and pulse Roll mixture into balls.

Chia Power Balls: Chia seeds are my new favorite super food! Sub almond butter for peanut butter in this recipe.
