Chickpeas in Turmeric Peanut Butter Curry - use a curry paste from a jar (massaman or penang would be good here) to replace the spices if you can't get them in a plastic-free container. If you can't find peanut butter without the plastic seal then you could try making your own by blitzing peanuts and oil in a high speed blender or try using tahini, although this will give a different taste (probably more bitter, so you can add more coconut cream/ sugar to balance the flavours)
