Caramelized Pear Upside-Down Cake. I used pyrex and while not as pretty, turned out well. Next time a little less sugar in cake maybe and just barely ripe pears. I had to lower the temp and cook it for over an hour.
I had a couple very different posts lined up for this week, but somehow talking traveling to Paris and steam scrambled eggs didn& feel appropriate or important after Tuesday night. I wasn& sure how to talk about anything on Wednesday.
