The Reverend Joseph Pemberton of England bred “Moonlight” in 1913. It is a creamy to ivory white cluster blooming “Hybrid Musk” with long golden stamens. The parentage of “Moonlight” is William Paul’s 1900 yellow “Tea” rose “Sulphurea” and Peter Lambert’s 1904 “Hybrid Multiflora” “Trier”.
