Pontiac's Rebellion happened during the French and Indian War. Potiac was a chirf of the native americans. He rebelled against the colonist and attacked them. He attacked them becauae he knew as the colonies expand they would take their land.

Chief Pontiac of the Ottawa Nation defended the Great Lakes region from the British Troop invasion and occupation. He led a revolt and took Fort Detroit in 1769 he was assassinated by a Peoria Indian in Illinois.
