Pork Butt Steaks.  2 pork butt steaks, 2Tbs minced garlic, 2Tbs McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning. Place steaks on cookie sheet or Lg cake pan. Spread 1Tbs garlic & 1Tbs steak seasoning on each steak making sure to press into steaks. Flip pork steaks over & repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake 350 25 min then flip each pork butt steak & bake another 20 min.
