Pulled pork on the charcoal bbq...took 16 hours but it was pretty amazing...injected with apple juice and rubbed the outside...then set the BBQ for 275 degrees...cooked to internal temp of 195 degrees...my first pork shoulder over lump charcoal (I usually cook in a hardwood pellet fired smoker).  Meat was wonderfully tender...you could easily do this on a Weber kettle...
