Vegan Gyoza - one of my family's favorite meals has always been Gyoza, or potstickers. We learned to make them from a Taiwanese friend who showed us exactly how her grandmother made them back home. They are to die for! However, I now have a vegetarian daughter-in-law, so I'm doing to try this alternative next time the fam chows down on some homemade gyoza!
