High Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars...Doubled the recipe, subbed vanilla greek yogurt for cottage cheese, used the whole block of cream cheese and no pumpkin, and added in a box of ff/sf pudding mix as well as a 1/3 c. chia seeds.  Turned out really good except over cooked and slightly burned the bottom.  Will probably try 350 for 15 minutes in my oven.  MAKE AGAIN!
