October RAIN I've been wanting to try making one of these for so long! A parent of a child I once taught told me how to make a rain stick (or rain maker) while we were doing a project about the rainforest. It is so easy!
What a fun idea! And I like the idea of the rain sticks too! Love this and would be great to do when making Rain Sticks instead of tissue paper then enclose whole thing in contact paper to keep while shaking rain stick.
Easy Vibrant Rain Sticks for Kids to Make - Great craft for kids using paper towel rolls and dollar store washi tape! The tape is a great fine-motor work out, and the preschoolers loved using it. The year olds really enjoyed making these rain sticks
DEMENTIA CARE Rain sticks are well loved by babies and older children. They are also particularly good for people living with dementia. They remind people of the sound of gently falling rain, which is harmonious and relaxing.
