Vanilla Scented Rutabaga

Servings: 4 PREPARATION: the rutabaga and potato until soft, about 25 minutes. Mash the rutabaga, using either a food processor or a potato masher.

Mix in blender or food processor. It will be runny:) Sautee in pan in butter until golden. Serve with potatoes and green peas.  I also make a cold saus with 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 1cup 1/2 & 1/2. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over warm patties. Yummy!
