Norwegian fish patties.  1lb raw skinless boneless codfish 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup milk or cream 2 eggs 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp dry dill 1 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp salt 2tsp pepper 1 tsp ginger paste.   Mix in blender or food processor. It will be runny:) Sautee in pan in butter until golden. Serve with potatoes and green peas.  I also make a cold saus with 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 1cup 1/2 & 1/2. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over warm patties. Yummy!
