Shel Silverstein - poet, illustrator, song writer (1933 - 1999). Wrote children's poetry books Falling Up, A Light In The Attic, Where The Sidewalk Ends. Also story book The Giving Tree (any parent or BFF would love it). And songs including "A Boy Named Sue," "Sylvia's Mother" and "The Cover Of Rolling Stone." Being a mother of 5, I liked "Crowded Tub."
I bet Hefner would publish this book about Shel. I don't know if the author would be willing to make that compromise. I think it would be better than ∅ or a vanity press. ["Executors or Executioners?
