This pictures is very simple, although the use of contrasted colours (yellow,red,blue) and the black outline helps show specific building detail.

Woolworths sold loose biscuits from glass fronted 'bins'.  There was always one which contained broken biscuits at a much cheaper price.  These were the best in a child's opinion as you got some of everything!

Elizabeth Blackadder I like this watercolour because although the three fish are fairly similar she has managed to made the all different and unique. I like how she has composed this painting in a very simple way.
