Sleep is to be welcomed. It is wonderful if you fall asleep during meditation. It means you have a sleep debt and if you pay it off, you will feel rested. Most of the time taking a nap is by far the most profound meditation you can do. Not being able to rest when you need is a symptom of the productivity sickness of our time.
