Beans in the smoker. This recipe is almost like my mom's beans. I made her recipe then placed under the brisket in the smoker. Kept it in for about 2-3 hours. Was delicious, a different flavor but really good.
A kilo and a half turkey breast, brined for 24 hours, then smoked. Used moistened Apple chips placed close to the left burner in a small cast-iron smoker box. Smoked for 1 hour at 315 degrees. Breast was placed in a rotisserie basket as far to the right as possible, to keep it out of the direct heat of the burner. Wrapped in foil and let it sit for half and hour. Mild, delicious smoky flavour.
