Take a step back from the daily grind, anytime. Learn these simple steps for self-hypnosis to calm your mind, quiet your body, and recharge. The first step is to practice controlled breathing, in and out with deep breaths through the nose and by holding each breath a few seconds before breathing out completely. Keep a smile through this process to connect your outward appearance to the inner peace you gain from your efforts.
