LE CLOÎTRE DES CORDELIERS - Juridiction de Saint-Émilion- 1) Les Cordeliers élaborent des vins effervescents à St-Emilion depuis 1892, dans les caves souterraines du cloître du XIV°s des Cordeliers. Classé M.H., ce magnifique vestige du second monastère fut établi à l'origine par les moines Franciscains, le 1° couvent se trouvant hors des murs de la ville ayant été détruit.
