Michael Craig-Martin. The simple shapes and unusual/bold colours make this piece really exciting. I like the fact that the cigarettes are pink and green on the ends, this gives the piece more depth and makes it more interesting.

In this image you can see that the artist has enlarged the objects and putting less on the page i could try this on my designs for my diner poster

This artwork is called "Full Life" by Michael Craig-Martain, was created in 1985 and is made with oil paint on aluminium and steel. It is now in a Tate gallery, however, not on display. Personally I like this artwork because I like to look at it and find things I didn't notice that where there before. Here is some more information on Michael Craig-Martain http://www.tate.org.uk/art/artists/michael-craig-martin-955
