The controversial law, "Stop and Frisk" has been brought to light in recent news. It allows NYPD to literally stop a suspicious person and frisk them to see if they are possessing any illegal items. Many believe that this law is causing racial profiling amongst other issues that are just plain rude to the victims that are being stopped.
