Sushi bowl for supper! Brown rice, avocado, cucumber, imitation crab with spicy mayo and sesame seeds. Used @skinnytaste's recipe for the shrimp stack/mayo but layered it in a bowl instead of stacking it and used @lightersideoflife's idea of using imitation crab instead of shrimp.
